weston-ivi-config-modello: update TLM configuration

Once TLM login is enabled, weston-ivi configuration files
are provided by tlm-config-ivi-*. However, to minimize
the changes during the TLM enablement, just abuse existing
weston-ivi-config-modello package to finish necessary
config changes.

FIXME: all weston-ivi* will go away soon. However, before
that, the modello config changes need to be moved into,
e.g., tlm-config-ivi-singleseat-modello.

weston.ini: support weekeyboard special keys

Add a "keymap_layout=wkb" option to weston.ini.
This makes sure that weekeyboard's special keys (Yen,
Euro...) will work out-of-the-box.

Revert "Fix TC-1767"

This reverts commit 0c0a79ceab46a72f170852f469c6e417cdd5bc1d.

--current-mode is needed to enable fastboot features. The flag
is used to skip display mode setting which enables desktop to
show quicker.

Add Modello config for Weston. Remove whitespace from config file.

This change adds a sub-package to replace the default weston.ini
file with a version containing proper resolution and orientation
for Modello.

Re-enable weston logs by routing std{err,out} to the journal.

By default the stderr file descriptor is duplicated from stdout, and
stdout is duplicated from stdin.  However, stdin points to the tty
used by weston, meaning output written to stdout and stderr will not
be available.  Route both to the systemd journal instead.
