Re-enable weston logs by routing std{err,out} to the journal.

By default the stderr file descriptor is duplicated from stdout, and
stdout is duplicated from stdin.  However, stdin points to the tty
used by weston, meaning output written to stdout and stderr will not
be available.  Route both to the systemd journal instead.

Changed background and panel colors to use Tizen palette colors.

The background and panel colors now pull from the core primary colors
found in the Tizen brand guidelines at:

Revert "Added missing 'SmackExecLabel=User' setting to weston.service."

This (partially) reverts commit
cfed87d828b74de148693dcec791ad28fdcbaf24.

weston.service is run with non-root privileges and thus is
not able to set SmackExecLabel.
