Provide virtual package bluetooth-scripts

This patch allows "bluetooth-firmware-bcm*" packages to be used when
"bluetooth-scripts" package is required as a dependency.

Virtual package "bluetooth-scripts" was introduced to resolve file
conflict between this project and "bluetooth-tools".
