Added icons for bluetooth items. Also adding hfdialer.conf
file which allows hfdialer to have access to the DBUS. This is
used to make it a singleton.

hfdialer has been made a singleton and will only start one
instance of itself. Further calls will simply raise the existing
process. hfdialer can also now be started without the UI showing
by calling "hfdialer noshow"

register service on the system bus.  This will likely fail because we do
not have permissions to register on the system bus.  if so, we will
need to create a permissions file so dbus will accept us.

The device being used will now be dim when only paired,
and highlighted when it is connected with hfdialer.

Your phone in Your Devices will now be dim if it's only paired,
and will be highlighted if it's connected.

Increasing ver number

Added changes to properly power up the modem once paired, and keep it powered. Added a signal
to indicate when the CallManager connection has changed. Without this if CallManager wasn't ready during
the initial startup, certain connections wouldn't be made.

hfdialer now automatically connects to your phone. It will reconnect if
connection is lost, including rebooting the computer.

Added the ability to edit the PID number using the number pad.
Also made sure that focus for the numberpad goes back to the
phone number entry once pairing is done.

Cleaning up dead code from main.cpp and common.h, and moving global
methods that are only used once to the file that needs it and marking
the method as static

Revamping the build such that passing in VERBOSE in the CONFIG will
trigger trace operations and various extra verbose error messages directly
to the console, and also setting the default build (without passing wayland
or xlib to the CONFIG) will result in using the normal qt config paths.

To build with verbose mode on, run 'qmake CONFIG+=verbose'
