linux-firmware: Add firmware patch for Intel Bluetooth 7265 ROM-spin(D0)

This patch adds new firmware patch for
- Intel Wireless 7265 Bluetooth ROM-spin SKU, also known as StP D0

This patch was submitted but reverted due to patch issue.
