  11                 <p>JSON-C implements a reference counting object model that allows you to easily
  12                 construct JSON objects in C, output them as JSON formatted strings and parse
  13                 JSON formatted strings back into the C representation of JSON objects.
  14                 It aims to conform to <a href="https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7159">RFC 7159</a>.

  17                 <h3>Building</h3>
  18                 <p>To setup JSON-C to build on your system please run <tt>configure</tt> and <tt>make</tt>.</p>
  19                 <p>If you are on Win32 cmake is required, generally:</p>

  22                 <li>cd build</li>
  23                 <li>cmake ..</li>
