Updates generated Code

Removes grpc generation code from tests dir

Small fix to generate.sh

grpc/examples/generate.sh
grpc/examples/swift/Greeter/Package.swift [moved from tests/FlatBuffers.GRPC.Swift/Package.swift with 95% similarity]
grpc/examples/swift/Greeter/README.md [moved from tests/FlatBuffers.GRPC.Swift/README.md with 100% similarity]
grpc/examples/swift/Greeter/Sources/Model/greeter.grpc.swift [moved from tests/FlatBuffers.GRPC.Swift/Sources/Model/greeter.grpc.swift with 56% similarity]
grpc/examples/swift/Greeter/Sources/Model/greeter_generated.swift [new file with mode: 0644]
grpc/examples/swift/Greeter/Sources/client/main.swift [moved from tests/FlatBuffers.GRPC.Swift/Sources/client/main.swift with 78% similarity]
