   1 Usage Instructions:

   3 0) Install the version of Visual Studio SDK which matches
   4    the Visual Studio version with which you will compile.
   5 1) Compile with VS2012 or VS2013.
   6 2) Double click the .vsix in the output directory.
   7 3) Choose the version of VS to install to.
