This patch fixes animationApply by passing valid time.
Additionally it adds printing in case of loading problems.

RiveAnimationView: apply animation data correctly

Animation data is overwrited by multiple SendAnimationData call
and RiveAnimationView removes the animation data after SetAnimationData.
so Sometiems animation data is not updated.
To prevent this behavior, append animation data when renderer is not updated.

Replace obsolete safe bool idiom with explicit operator bool

C++11 introduces 'explicit operator bool' to prevent unintended implicit
conversions to 'bool', thus making the trick with converting to a
pointer-to-member (a.k.a. "safe bool idiom") obsolete.

The explicit operator is more restrictive than 'safe bool', and it
helped uncover a bug in the test suite where object handles were
implicitly converted to bool before being sent to an std::ostream.

There is no action to set the renderer to an actor when the scene is connected.
so fix this bug.

video-player: Let player_set_play_position set exact position

Previous version just set play position to nearest keyframe.
But when keyframe distance is so big and when we call Forward,
the nearest keyframe can be 'PASTER' than current position.

This patch turn on accurate flag so we can go to excat frames.
