[NUI.Components] Guard more cases when Container disposed

It might be possible if Container is disposed before ScrollBase disposed.

If then, Several logics breakdown.

Note : Since ScrollBase is time critical logics. So it is heavy to ensure the Container exist
at every Container usage.

Instead, let we just check Container is null at `OnScrollAnimationEnded` only,
which user can call immediatly by `Dispose()` API.

[NUI] Allow to use null rootView for FrameUpdateCallback + Let we use null rootView if we use default API

Let we use some global view controllable frameUpdateCallback when
user skip to add RootView information.

Previously, we detach the frameUpdateCallback automatically if rootView was disposed.
But now, we will never remove callback until user call RemoveFrameUpdateCallback.

[NUI] Call Mashal.FreeHGlobal() what we allocated

Let we free allocated heap memory by Mashal.

It might cause memory leak issue if user try to use VertexBuffer.

And also, let we also fix FrameBrokerBase implementation
that might be the guideline who want to use custom Geometry class.

[NUI.Sample] Resolve memory leak for DisposeTest sample

There was leak issue since we don't call FreeHGlobal after AllocHGlobal.

And also, let we Dispose Renderer / Geometry / Shader / TextureSet what NUI create.
Those classes memory might give confuse when we test the memory.

[NUI] Fix error if LottieAnimationView set BackgroundData before set URL

Since LottieAnimationView.URL property change whole Visual property by itself,
CornerRadius / Borderline properties become ignored when we set URL.

To avoid this case, let we ensure to set CornerRadius / Borderline if we set URL

Fix CollectionView LinearLayout move overlapped issue

[NUI] Fix LinearLayout to update its child's MeasuredSizeHeight 0 correctly

LinearLayout updates its child's MeasuredSizeWidth 0 correctly but it
does not update its child's MeasuredSizeHeight 0 due to the range typo.

The range typo has been fixed so child's MeasuredSizeHeight 0 is also
handled correctly.

Previously, we always return it as false.
It might make some render / update timing issue when App is paused.
