Release version 0.20.5

Changes:
 - Fix bug for pkgmgr_client_usr_register_pkg_update_info
 - Listen signal before connecting to the server
 - Apply try-catch where exception can be occured
 - Apply try-catch where exception can be occured
 - Implement unimplemented APIs
