   1 <p>This tests if form values get their values properly restored when you go back.
   2 To test, use the Debug menu to turn off "Use Back/Forward Cache".
   3 Then, type "a" into the first field below, type "b" into the second field, and select both "c" and "d" in the list box.
   4 Then, click on <a href="about:blank">this link</a> to go to a blank page.
   5 Then go back.
   6 Check that the form elements have the values that selected.</p>
