"Tizen Certified Platform" shall mean a software platform that complies\r
with the standards set forth in the Compatibility Definition Document\r
and passes the Compatibility Test Suite as defined from time to time\r
by the Tizen Technical Steering Group and certified by the Tizen\r
Association or its designated agent.\r
\r
2. Grant of Copyright License.  Subject to the terms and conditions of\r
this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,\r
worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable\r
copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,\r
publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the\r
Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.\r

3. Grant of Patent License.  Subject to the terms and conditions of\r
this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,\r
