dpkg-deb: Accept other compressions for control.tar .deb member

    This includes no compression (control.tar) or xz compression
    (control.tar.xz).

Autoremove imported patches from packaging

Removed all imported patches from dpkg.spec
and patch files from the packaging dir.

Dpkg::Control::HashCore: Fix OpenPGP Armor Header Line parsing

We should only accept [\r\t ] as trailing whitespace, although RFC4880
does not clarify what whitespace really maps to, we should really match
the GnuPG implementation anyway, as that is what we use to verify the
signatures.

dpkg to report ppc64el archi

dpkg to report ppc64el archi and not ppc64le
This is required for project "openSUSE:42:SLE12-Picks"
that is still based on dpkg_1.16.10.tar.xz

This is required at least to avoid pbuilder failure
on ppc64le architecture.

Note that tumbleweed already have this change
as based on dpkg_1.18.1.tar.xz

cputable: support invocation via `./configure --host=sparcv9-linux-gnu`

autoconf knows to handle sparc*, but the dpkg specific
m4/dpkg-arch.m4 does not.
