Changing python search pattern to look for localhost as well.
Otherwise once localhost is used, it will never be able to change
it.

update changelog in preperation for cutting a new release

Fix crasher bug where remotecontrol.py was iterating over all the
system interfaces and passing that interface name to a function that
could only deal with traditional network interface names.

Adding systemd support to automatically start the service

Fixing Remote Control app.  For now limiting it to mouse and keyboard imput page
as the others aren't ready yet. Changed javascript to work correctly with touch
events rather than standard mouse movements.

Initial import to Tizen
