Branch and submit for Tizen 2.0 final

Remove all Crossville cruft

Remove all the Crossville firmware and stop generating the
'linux-firmware-crossville' binary RPM.

Fixes TIVI-259 and TIVI-324.

Rename the project to linux-firmware-ivi

So the project name is 'linux-firmware-ivi' now, and the source RPM name
is the same. It used to be 'linux-firmware-crossville'.

We produce 2 binary RPM packages now:
  * linux-firmware-ivi with general IVI firmware
  * linux-firmware-crossville - Crossville-specific firmware

Revert "Renamed 1.0 IVI linux-firware-crossville to linux-firmware-ivi"

Obviously, in this change the author forgot to do git add or git mv, so
instead of renaming it deletes the files. Let's revert it and create properly.

packaging: release out and clean-up the changelog

Release the latest changes, and make changelog to be more user-friendly by
removing entries which users cannot comprehend anyway. Changelog file should
not contain entries like that.

Bump the package version to 0.2 - we've done big enough changes.

Kill the -doc package

This package is useless because it only includes a couple of LICENSE files
and weird README files. In Fedora, these files go directly to /lib/firmware,
let's do the same here.

Make linux-firmware-ivi really minimalistic

I've experimented with VTC1000 and NDiS-166 and found out that we only
use iwlwifi-6000g2a-5.ucode there, and nothing else. So let's have only
this firmware in the linux-firmware-ivi.

packaging: add linux-firmware-ivi

Add new binary package which will contain IVI firmware. The
linux-firmware-crossville package will eventually die.

This patch also does few unrelated clean-ups an re-arrangements, sorry
for not separating that out.
