packaging: release out and clean-up the changelog

Release the latest changes, and make changelog to be more user-friendly by
removing entries which users cannot comprehend anyway. Changelog file should
not contain entries like that.

Bump the package version to 0.2 - we've done big enough changes.

Kill the -doc package

This package is useless because it only includes a couple of LICENSE files
and weird README files. In Fedora, these files go directly to /lib/firmware,
let's do the same here.

Make linux-firmware-ivi really minimalistic

I've experimented with VTC1000 and NDiS-166 and found out that we only
use iwlwifi-6000g2a-5.ucode there, and nothing else. So let's have only
this firmware in the linux-firmware-ivi.

packaging: add linux-firmware-ivi

Add new binary package which will contain IVI firmware. The
linux-firmware-crossville package will eventually die.

This patch also does few unrelated clean-ups an re-arrangements, sorry
for not separating that out.

Make the .spec file a bit cleaner:
1. Remove useless 'pushd' bashism
2. Use 'install' + permissions instead of mv + chmod
