Fix TC-2372 Dialer crashes when BT phone is offline

Remove previous popup window hack to cause segfault in dialer.
The previous hack was to work around window drawing issue that
is no longer needed, as this will cause segfault now when
window popup is closed.

Packaging: add missing dependency on pkgconfig

Explicitly adding pkgconfig as a dependency isn't required for OBS/GBS
builds but is necessary for the Yocto build.

Fixes TC-1616 - (null) directory generated

Need to call efreet_init() before using efreet_config_home_get()
or it will not get initialized and return null string.  Should

Porting Lemolo to use new Eldbus library

EDbus is deprecated in EFL 1.9, and apps would need to use the newer Eldbus
libary.  Porting Lemolo to build with eldbus and use the new dbus api.

Add explicit requirements for e_dbus.

This fix the build for upgrading EFL to 1.8. The 1.8 version doesn't
provide e_dbus anymore, but it still can be installed to provide the
required functionality, and will work with EFL 1.8 without any problems.

Ported contacts search to use new contacts api

The contacts api has changed and merged into contact-services2.
This is a port of the dialer to use the new contacts api.
Rewrote the contact search functions to query the contacts database,
and changed the async callback logic to adapt with the new api.

OFono: Calling the callback in a wrong order

keypad: hfp often does not provide SupplementaryServices.

Hence ofono reports "offline" error, but we should ignore and try
again to dial.
