For conferences, just display "Conference" as name.

Before we were joining all participants names/numbers as a name,
making the string unmanageable. Make it a fixed string, user can see
conference participants by clicking the specific button.

Fixes bug #4 (Display of conference participants)

NOTE: need designer review.
