Improve init script file to:
 - Detect if EMGD should even be loaded
 - Detect if the user has manually set the configid option

Update spec file to:
 - use macro instead of hardcoded paths
 - Requires module-init-tools instead of kmod

Update the changelog in preperation for pushing into the build

Fixup the spec file to follow the same systemd install pattern being
used in other Tizen IVI packages where the basic.target.wants link
is a file managed by rpm instead of a post install created link, and
also start taking advantage of the %{name} variable to make the spec
more maintainable.

Remove the last changelog line because it is not something the end user
can understand. The changelog file should be readable for end users.

Also, improve the entire changelog file a bit.

packaging: add dependency on ln

We use 'ln' in post-install and have to add corresponding dependency.

Also notice a double-dependency on kmod and pciutils and kill the redundancy.
Make dependencies be 1 per line to avoid possible copypaste errors.

staging: emgd: IVI display configuration

This patch configures the emgd driver for the IVI HW displays.

In theory, we should only change "user_config.[ch] files, but we also
change "emgd_drv.c" and "emgd_interface.c". This should be worked on
later.
