Fix FTBFS for x86_64

Fix FTBFS for x86_64

Modify lib install path to include ${LIB_SUFFIX}. This is needed to
build on x86_64.

Note: ${LIB_SUFFIX} is defined in Tizen RPM macro for CMAKE. Therefore,
use %cmake instead of cmake build command.
