Tizen/Dist: Handle ASAN flag (-fno-common) of latest Tizen compiler

This commit handles the -fno-common flag of up-to-date Tizen compiler (GCC).
In case of Opensource project, it is to restore the existing -fcommon flag.

packaging: Improving support of lastlog

Since january 2015, ssh was complaining that /var/log/lastlog
was missing.

This is probably because the file /var/log/lastlog that is
%ghost in platform/upstream/setup is not created (but faillog is
created) during image creation.

As this have negative inpact due to error messages,
we decide to remove the support of lastlog in ssh in favor of the
support of lastlog in pam_lastlog.

This is good because management of lastlog is now made in a unique
place.

Fix systemd per-connection service

sshd(8) started on demand with logging via syslog socket
inappropriately sets up file descriptor 0 passed to interactive
shell which makes the shell exit before showing prompt. To fix
the issues sshd needs to log to stderr and the file descriptor
needs to be redirected to systemd journal.

Activate openssh on-demand using systemd socket activation

This gets it out of the critical path for boot; swapping in grep(1)
for sshd-gen-keys-start takes a little while when we're busy with
other I/O. On a Lenovo X201 with a 5400rpm hard disk, this is actually
measurable: dropping it from the critical path saves about 2 seconds,
out of 21s from systemd start to gdm prompt.
