Release 0.2.0

Fix major database layout bug with audios tables, now it is possible
to get the artist directly from the audios table, this is required
because many audios do not have an album and because some albums have
multiple artists.

Two most requested features were implemented:
 * single process scan: less safe than the two process, but faster on
   single core CPUs, will also help debugging.
 * progress report: callbacks will now inform when files were parsed
   and the result of such operation.
