Fix an incorrect hex parser
Uppercase digits were incorrectly being found by the lowercase conditional.

ptrace: Add support for GETREGSET
Adding support for PTRACE_GETREGSET that is expected to replace
PTRACE_PEEK for newer architectures.

Add -64bit package for .NET i586 build
.NET runtime has a dependency with libunwind library.
There is no toolchain for i586 build in .NET runtime,
so to build it for i586,
it needs i586 package which contains x86_64 library.
