Prepare Tizen 4.0 Unified Build Environment

Add read permission to *.ks file

Permission was changed in last commit(600).
Default is 644. It was 'tempfile' class problem in python script.

It introduced image-creating problem in several build system.
So I add read permission to *.ks file after running 'convert_ks.py' script.

Convert group names to rpm package lists

ks file with group names is simple to view but
not usable when modifing and searching package by package.

'convert_ks.py' converts groups in ks file to rpm package lists.

Merge meta-generic and meta-<profile> yaml files

Copy the source files coming from meta-generic and
the current meta-<profile> to the same input dir
before running kickstarter. Otherwise, the scripts
defined in meta-generic can't be used in the current
profile.

This is the same trick as the one done in package-groups
with patterns.

Ignore the case of empty ks file list in target rpm

With the '--target' specification, it's possible there's no image
definitions for the building target. Now it's acceptable, and let the
rpm build continue.

Enabled images filtering when run kickstarter

Add extra command line options for kickstarter command:
kickstarter ... --targetdef .../%{_profile}-targets.yaml \
--target %{_repository}

--targetdef to specify the YAML file of targets definition
--target to specify the dedicated build target to filter images

Remove BuildRequires to meta-common

meta-common does not provide any image configuration files (*.ks). Remove
an unnecessary BuildRequires to meta-common and only use configurations from
meta-%{profile}.
