Use proper path prefix macros in spec

- Replace hardcoded library path prefix with %{_libdir} macro which may be
  different depending on architecture. Wrong prefix caused compilation errors
  in dependent packages on 64bit architecture.
- Replace other prefixes with available rpm macros
