Remove redundant Core::SendEvent() & NotificationEvent

[Issue#]   N/A
[Problem]  Notification event is redundant
[Cause]    Previously there was no way of telling Core to process events,
except by sending an event.
[Solution] Use the ProcessEvents() method, which was separated from Core::SendEvent()
