Build specific sample only

How to use :
(Tizen)
gbs build -A i586 --include-all --define "build_example_name color-visual"
(Ubuntu)
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=$DESKTOP_PREFIX -DBUILD_EXAMPLE_NAME=color-visual .
