        Large reorg to the protocol, atk-adaptor and
        pyatspi bindings. Changes the tree cache update
        so that signals are queued as changes are made rather
        than in idle loop. This preserves event ordering
        and is probably as efficient because the D-Bus
        queue is not flushed.
