Update certificates for OCSP tests

For some reason http://ocsp.msocsp.com responds with "unauthorized(6)"
error when asked for certificate validity. The certificate is still
valid. I'm not sure what was the problem but updating the certificate
with the latest one fixed it.

Verification:
su - owner -c "ckm-tests --regexp=ocsp"
