Extend asynchronous API socket timeout

[Problem] Encryption and decryption may take much longer than 10s. In such case it fails because of timeout.
[Solution] Extend timeout to 60s.

[Verification] Run ckm-tests --group=CKM_ENCRYPTION_DECRYPTION
