* Set CultureInfo before calling OnCreate()

While starting the application, the CultureInfo is wrong when the system
locale is 'uz_UZ@cyrillic'. For this case, we sets CurrentCultureInfo and
CurrentUICultureInfo using LCID of the default locale.

[NUI] Clean up DisconnectFromSignals(). and Add Exception when Animation is used after disposed

- Add Exception when Animation's method or property is used after itself has been disposed already. (requested by GBM)
- All NUI object will throw an ObjectDisposedException when it is tried to be used after disposed.
- BaseHandle's internal SwigCPtr has setter and getter, but setter seems to be dangerous so it is changed to be getter only. (requested by GBM)
- SwigCPtr becomes only getter, so DisconnectFromSignals() has been changed accordingly.

Therefore, the space between adjacent items is twice bigger than the
space between the beginning edge and the first item.

To distribute the equal space to before, between, and after each item,
SpaceEvenly is added to FlexJustification.

[NUI] Add Horizontal/VerticalAlignment to LinearLayout

Previously, LinearAlignment of LinearLayout could not support the
combination of horizontal and vertical alignments.
e.g. could not support CenterHorizontal with Bottom

Now, HorizontalAlignment and VerticalAlignment have been added to
support the combination of horizontal and vertical alignments.

To use the enum types Tizen.NUI.Horizontal/VerticalAlignment for
LinearLayout.Horizontal/VerticalAlignment, the documentation of
Tizen.NUI.Horizontal/VerticalAlignment has been updated.

[NUI] Fix MatchParent child position with LinearLayout Center Alignment

Previously, LinearLayout calculated MatchParent children's positions
incorrectly when the LinearAlignment was Center.
Because the MatchParent children's sizes were not added to the sum of
all children's sizes.

Now, the MatchParent children's sizes are added to the sum of all
children's sizes and it leads that MatchParent children's positions are
calculated correctly when the LinearAlignment is Center.

Up to now, although the position and size of image resource of ImageView
is set by FittingMode, but there is no way to set the size of ImageView
to respect the aspect ratio of its image resource.

If AdjustViewSize is true, then ImageView respects the aspect ratio of
its image resource when it determines its size.

AdjustViewSize works only if the ImageView is added to a View having Layout.
Otherwise, use can set ImageView's size to respect the aspect ratio of its image
resource by using ResizePolicyType.DimensionDependency.
