[PPM] Deprecate whole module

PPM module was required by mobile and wearable profiles, now it is not
needed.

[ACR] https://code.sec.samsung.net/jira/browse/TWDAPI-290

[Verification] Code compiles witout errors.
Deprecation warnings checked in chrome console.
