Remove the extra @section .cfi_lsda

Commit 2f0c68f23bb3132cd5ac466ca8775c0d9e4960cd added an extra @section
.cfi_lsda:

 @subsection @code{.cfi_lsda @var{encoding} [, @var{exp}]}
+@section @code{.cfi_lsda @var{encoding} [, @var{exp}]}
 @code{.cfi_lsda} defines LSDA and its encoding.

It shouldn't be there.

* doc/as.texinfo (.cfi_lsda): Remove the extra @section.
