- Decode video capsfilter will don't set caps value(width,height), if input width/height value is zero.
- Disable drop-only property in videorate element (due to fail negotiation)
- If decoded buffer timestamp is less than start position, will be dropped buffer
- Fixed negotiation problem (set property caps in decode audio capsfilter)
- Change the input new_segment(start/stop) position into encodebin
- Fixed bug that can't apply duration
- Fixed prevent issues and update code alignment
- Fixed crash when start transcoding
