From f11cf813dee20e67eac22a6d78502aa564554eb4 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Dan Williams Date: Tue, 13 Oct 2020 16:50:08 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] device-dax: introduce 'struct dev_dax' typed-driver operations MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit In preparation for introducing seed devices the dax-bus core needs to be able to intercept ->probe() and ->remove() operations. Towards that end arrange for the bus and drivers to switch from raw 'struct device' driver operations to 'struct dev_dax' typed operations.
