Functions introduced or modified are: - kvm_err(fmt, ...) - kvm_info(fmt, ...) - kvm_debug(fmt, ...) - kvm_pr_unimpl(fmt, ...) - pr_unimpl(vcpu, fmt, ...) -> vcpu_unimpl(vcpu, fmt, ...)
