Add comment saying that the option is not useful. (TARGET_SWITCHES): Change -mpackstruct option to -mpadstruct. (STRUCTURE_SIZE_BOUNDARY): Change PACKSTRUCT to PADSTRUCT changing default value from 32 to 8.
