From 57625a49666614860430a2b3d81600ead4df0fd5 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Bill Wendling Date: Fri, 25 Jan 2013 23:09:36 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] Remove some introspection functions. The 'getSlot' function and its ilk allow introspection into the AttributeSet class. However, that class should be opaque. Allow access through accessor methods instead. llvm-svn: 173522 --- llvm/include/llvm/IR/Attributes.h | 40 +++--- llvm/lib/Bitcode/Reader/BitcodeReader.cpp | 2 +- llvm/lib/Bitcode/Writer/BitcodeWriter.cpp | 8 +- llvm/lib/IR/AttributeImpl.h | 6 + llvm/lib/IR/Attributes.cpp | 138 ++++++++++++--------- llvm/lib/IR/Verifier.cpp | 4 +- llvm/lib/Target/CppBackend/CPPBackend.cpp | 2 +- .../lib/Transforms/IPO/DeadArgumentElimination.cpp | 18 +-- llvm/lib/Transforms/IPO/GlobalOpt.cpp | 5 +- .../Transforms/InstCombine/InstCombineCalls.cpp | 14 ++- 10 files changed, 143 insertions(+), 94 deletions(-) diff --git a/llvm/include/llvm/IR/Attributes.h b/llvm/include/llvm/IR/Attributes.h index 29246f3..37d487f 100644 --- a/llvm/include/llvm/IR/Attributes.h +++ b/llvm/include/llvm/IR/Attributes.h @@ -146,20 +146,6 @@ public: uint64_t Raw() const; - /// \brief Which attributes cannot be applied to a type. - static Attribute typeIncompatible(Type *Ty); - - /// \brief This returns an integer containing an encoding of all the LLVM - /// attributes found in the given attribute bitset.
