Subject: [PATCH] Allow TEST_FILES make var to be used to pass an argument list
 through to harness when using the test_harness target.

This allows things like

  make test_harness TEST_FILES='-re x2p'

which will run any test files that match the string 'x2p'. As x2p is the last test to be run this is kinda useful.
