this is a workaround patch for removing the gst-xxx dependency from elementary.
the emotion dependent on some gst-xxx.

config: add wayland configure segment

In wayland image, it needs the wayland engine.
So add this segment in the configuration part to avoid the work around in the
 the image in the furture.
