Remove Profile Build Dependency

- This is for Tizen 4.0.
  (4.0 Configurability & Building Block prohibits the usage of
  profile macro; the value of "profile" will become "undefined"
  unconditionally.)

- Please create JIRA-TRE issue when SR-ing this:

  - Add tizen-release-profile_common for common profile
  - Add tizen-release-profile_mobile for mobile profile
  - Add tizen-release-profile_wearable for wearable profile
  - Add tizen-release-profile_tv for tv profile
  - Add tizen-release-profile_ivi for ivi profile

build info: add TZ_BUILD_RELEASE_TYPE and TZ_BUILD_VARIANT

- TZ_BUILD_RELEASE_TYPE contains "eng" or "user".
  Default value is "eng".

- TZ_BUILD_VARIANT contains variant information
  related with build. Default value is "NONE".

tizen-build.conf: added TZ_BUILD_TIME and TZ_BUILD_TS

Now, there are 3 datetime information in the file tizen-build.conf:
* TZ_BUILD_DATE: date and time UTC (example: 20141112_100948)
* TZ_BUILD_TIME: UTC time only (example: 10:09:48)
* TZ_BUILD_TS: timestamp = seconds since epoch (example: 1415786988)

Add /etc/tizen-build.conf with the definition of essential build information

This file is in shell format and can be sourced from almost anywhere to take decisions
based on profile, architecture, build flags ...

Note that @BUILD_ID@ and @BUILD_DATE@ are to be replaced at image creation time

Provide product

This is required by zypp for product support

Expected is a 1-1 releation between a product (.prod file in /etc/products.d/)
and it's release package (actually the package containing the .prod file).

As the .prod file is included in a package, the repo metadata need to contain
an abstract of the product metadata (at lest everything required to properly
resolve the product).

These data are shipped in eiter repodata/products.xml
(rpmmd repo format) or in the content file (suse repo).

For each product version in the repo, its coresponding -release package is
found by looking for the package providing:

  Provides: product()
  Provides: product(<PRODUCTNAME>) = <PRODUCTVERSION>-<PRODUCTRELEASE>

<PRODUCTNAME>, <PRODUCTVERSION> and <PRODUCTRELEASE> in the package provides
and in the repos product metadata must match the products data stored in
the .prod file included in the release package.

Without product metadata or the linking Provides: the resolver does not see
that the product is continued when the -release package is updated.
