Update package groups list

Package groups list contained unused package groups and missing ones.

The list has been updated according to the sub-domains in the file
"domains" from scm/meta/git (sub-domains = package groups).

Note that "ValidNoneDomains", "ValidSubDomains" and "ValidDomains"
lists in the file rpmgroups.config have been emptied. They were used to
automatically generate package group but have no use with our current
package group list (there is almost no redundancy in the subdomains
names).

Prevent false-positive from systemd

systemd provides information about tmpfiles.d directory which
triggers error in CheckPkgConfig.py due to unanchored "/tmp" in the
regular expression.

Add multi-user support

Removing user "app" from user list since, in multi-user architecture,
user names aren't known at build time so they can't be used in spec
files.

Removing group "app" from group list since, in multi-user architecture,
the user group is defined by the TZ variable TZ_SYS_USER_GROUP. To use
this variable as a macro in spec file you need to add: "BuildRequires:
libtzplatform-config-devel".
