is searching to the file /etc/defaults/su.

blkid: enable evaluate by scan

Device tokens (UUID etc.) are resolved using either udev by-[token]
symlinks or by scanning the disks.

There's a race condition between when udev symlinks are created and
when systemd runs systemd-remount-fs. The race is triggered if
/etc/fstab uses UUIDs to identify partitions.

Enable evaluate by scan as a fallback if udev symlinks are not found.

Enable mountpoint utility

On RSA util-linux provided mount, umount and mountpoint. On new Tizen
3.0 repos util-linux provided mount and umount but not mountpoint. This
patch is connected with commmit 571c63fc8ee16cf8cfde11e78ac6f8ec961c9dba
from platform/upstream/busybox (removal of mount, umount and mountpoint
from busybox).
