Support any ssid/freq combination multi-scan in test app
In multi-scan test code, only the pair list of SSID and freq was supported,
but it was modified to support any combination as well.

Add invalid user_data checker in signal handler
If the time of destroying the wifi handle overlaps
with the time of signal arrival,
there is a possibility that user_data of the wifi handle
that has already been destroyed may be passed in
the signal handler due to timing.
Because this may cause malfunctions,
code to verify user_data has been added.

Fix parsing of invalid devices
If there are multiple devices,
the remaining devices are parsed even after the desired device is found,
so there is a problem in that
the last parsed value is used as the final value.
Therefore, it has been modified to not parse other devices
if parsing of the desired device is completed.

Support NoCarrier error type
When requesting a scan, if the wifi is down in another module,
a NoCarrier error may occur depending on the timing.
There is a need to handle this separately in the APP,
so an error type is added.

DA package has a potential dependency problem with other packages,
so a separate DA package will not be created.

Ignore async dbus method call reply when G_IO_ERROR_CANCELLED is returned
In below scenario there are chances of dangling pointer access.
1. wifi_manager_initialize()
2. wifi_scan() or any other API which makes async dbus method call.
--> GDBUS increases gdbus connection ref count.
3. wifi_manager_deinitialize()
--> we cancel all method calls and unref gdbus connection and assign NULL to it.
4. Dbus reply recieved on default thread.
--> Because gdbus connection is not freed by gdbus, callback comes to us.
5. G_IO_ERROR_CANCELLED returned in g_dbus_connection_call_finish()
--> Invalid memory access when network_info is derefered for sending callback.

If garbage pointer is passed as AP handle in wifi_manager_ap_destroy() API,
crash is observed while dereferencing the given pointer.
