[ABS] Use common "setting" translation domain

By default search application used own translation domain,
however the translations in po files were never properly splitted
for individial applications. This resulted in a lot of translation
repetitions and enormous size of all *.mo files.

This patch makes all apps use single "setting" translation
domain and removes all duplicated po files.
