Fix autoconf 2.70 compatibility
Mainline autoconf generates no shell code for AC_CONFIG_AUX_DIR().
Call it unconditionally to avoid a syntax error.

Sanitize .spec
* autoreconf prior to configure for consistency with upstream travis;
configure and other generated files have been removed from the
upstream branch
* remove files regenerated/deleted during build
* suppress doc installation
* clean up unused source tags and redundant -n %setup argument

Add PIE linker flags
Since krb5 uses gcc rather than ld for linking, add the '-pie' flag to
CFLAGS. Fixes krb5 executables not building as PIE (for ASLR).
