[SDL_Tizen] Add defaut color format for tizen

Changing Default window color is 24 bit by opaque function.

Add vulkan feature as for tizen, wayland and x11.
Tizen backend is tested and work fine.
But, wayland and x11 does not test yet.
These backend will be implemented and tested.
