dev-tcltk/expect: Fork and patch official version

It is modified version of the one provided by the official Gentoo
repository. It contains modified patch from:
    http://repository.timesys.com/buildsources/e/expect/expect-5.43.0/expect-5.43.0-timesys-allow-cross-compile-v2.patch

profile: Set USE flags for nfs-utils

nfs service is crucial for NanoPi updates in boruta environment.
There is no need to duplicate "/usr/portage" and overlay directory
for every dryad.

profile: Add features to support a binhost

NanoPi should get package updates from a binhost. It should have
FEATURES set to getbinpkg. In order to serve binary packages they must
be created in the build process. It is ensured by buildpkg and
binpkg-multi-instance feature flags. It makes it easier to setup
a build server.

profile: Set features for minimal distribution

These options shrink the image size by removing manuals, info
and other forms of documentation from packages.

Add nanopi profile

The official profile definitions are used when possible.
All portage options are controlled with profile so that
the user does not need to modify anything.
