Patterns: Add UX patterns for vanilla Weston desktop and ICO homescreen

In order to support 'quick and easy UI/homescreen switcher' move
vanilla Weston desktop and ICO homescreen packages into their own
patterns.

With this, easy UI switching can be achieved using

$ zypper rm -t pattern <old pattern>
$ zypper in -t pattern <new pattern>

partitions: use 'noatime' mount option explicitely

At the moment MIC is hard-coded to add the 'noatime' mount option to the
/etc/fstab file for all file-systems it generate. This also happens in case of
installer framework plugins: "noatime" is added to the
"INSTALLERFW_PARTx_FSOPTS" variable. However, this "featrue" has been fixed
recently and MIC will stop doing this soon for installer framework variables
(the legacy /etc/fstab generating code stays the same).

And since we are switching to 'setup-ivi-boot' installer framework plugin,
we will be affected by the change in MIC: newer MIC versions won't add
'noatime', but we probably want to have it.

Let's just add 'noatime' explicitely from the KS file using the
'--fsoptions=noatime' argument. With current versions of MIC we'll end up with
double 'noatime' in /etc/fstab, which is harmless. But once the new version of
MIC is deployed to the build servers, we'll have a single 'noatime' in
/etc/fstab.

ks: finally switch to setup-ivi

This patch makes sure that all the KS files execute the 'setup-ivi-boot'
script, which is the installer framework plugin that installs and configures
the bootloader and generates the /etc/fstab file, see

This patch removes the 'efi.post' and 'mbr.post' files, and adds a
'setup-ivi.post' file instead, because now we execute the same script for all
image types. The script has internal logic for distinguishing image types and
installing the right bootloader.

This patch requires 2 other preparational patches, and all 3 patches have to be
deployed at once.

ks: switch to setup-[extlinux|gummiboot]

Add the 'setup-gummiboot' package to EFI images and 'setup-extlinux' package to
MBR images. These packages are generated from the 'setup-ivi' project and
implement configuration file manipulation tools for gummiboot / extlinux.

This patch is part of a patch-set which switches Tizen IVI to the 'setup-ivi'
project. The whole patch-set has to be deployed at once.

Enable MIC's 'fstab' installer framework plugin. This will make sure MIC does
not generate '/etc/fstab' but leaves this task to the corresponding installer
framework plugin. The plugin is implemented as part of the 'setup-ivi'

ks: start using setup-mbr-ivi

Similarly to how we use 'setup-efi-ivi' for EFI images, start using
'setup-mbr-ivi' for MBR images. This means that MIC won't generate
extlinux.conf for us anymore, but the 'setup-mbr-ivi' script will.

The required MIC changes have been deployed on the build servers. This fixes
TIVI-1818.

Enable linger for the app user

Since user-session@5000.service does not work with systemd v208, and
Tizen is not using a display or session manager for user logins, a user
instance for "app" does not start up at all.

A workaround for this issue is to enable the "linger" for the app user
so that user@5000.service will launch at every boot.

The proper fix is to add a new service that will register a graphical
user session with systemd-logind, but this hasn't been implemented yet.
The feature is tracked in PTREL-521.

Fix Smack label on "app" home directory

Since weston-launch is now running with the "User" Smack label and runs
in the systemd user session, it must have access to /opt/home/app.

The simplest fix for now is to set the label in the kickstart file.

Add quiet to boot options

ivi.yaml: enable quiet boot

Add the 'quiet' kernel option to make kernel boot quietly, which means that
kernel won't print hundreds of lines of messages to the console. This will make
it boot a lot faster.

The messages will be lated visible with 'dmesg' later on the console.

This _will_ make make our life more difficult in case of kernel issues, because
we won't see kernel error messages on the console. But we sacrifise this for
several seconds faster boot, which is extremely important in the IVI domain.

ks: stop using depricated "extlinux" keyword

We renamed the "extlinux" installer framework keyword to "bootloader" in MIC.
MIC still supports both, but the intention is to remove the old one.

Lets start using "bootloader" keyword from now on in IVI.

This should fix the following MIC warning:

"please, use 'bootloader' installer framework plugin name instead of
'extlinux', the latter is obsolete and will be removed in future releases"

TIVI-1658: Fix command for adding the app user to the weston-launcher group

Using usermod will result in all the many aother critical groups that
the app user is already a part of being removed.  The app user is already
part of video and audio so the only thing needed is just to add it to
the one group which is want groupmod does.
